  • All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages During Shipping

  • ShopZone24 is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional reshipping charges.
