1. Returns

  • You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Personalized/custom-made products
    • Intimate or hygienic goods (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) if opened

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we shipped the wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
